Compensation:

$40.00 -$51.00 per hour

$0.50 per mile travel reimbursement

Job Description:
Sleep Lease Corporation is looking for experienced Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to assist with home sleep study setups in skilled nursing facilities across Maryland. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible hours—perfect for RTs looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:

Set up and instruct patients on home sleep study equipment

Ensure proper placement of sensors and devices for accurate testing

Educate facility staff on sleep study protocols as needed

Maintain clear documentation of setups and patient interactions

Travel to assigned skilled nursing facilities (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements:

Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Maryland

Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred in sleep or respiratory care)

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with nursing staff

Reliable transportation for travel to multiple facility locations
