Sleep Lease Corporation is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to serve as a remote on-call clinical resource for Medical Assistants and Sleep Technicians who will be installing sleep study equipment for patients with suspected Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

The Remote RT will not perform bedside patient setups but will provide real-time clinical oversight, troubleshooting guidance, and professional support to ensure safe and accurate equipment installation. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Serve as the on-call clinical contact for Sleep Techs and Medical Assistants during scheduled patient setups in SNFs.
   
• Provide remote guidance and troubleshooting on sleep study device installation, patient preparation, and equipment usage.
   
• Ensure all clinical protocols are followed for OSA testing in compliance with Sleep Lease SOPs and regulatory standards.
   
• Answer questions from field staff regarding patient safety, device alarms, lead placement, and troubleshooting issues.
   
• Document all on-call interactions, escalations, and resolutions in Sleep Lease’s EMR system (Tebra) and Connecteam.
   
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and the Sleep Lease Operations team to escalate clinical concerns when necessary.
   
• Participate in periodic training updates, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
   

• Active and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) license in Maryland, Virginia, D.C., or compact-eligible states (multi-state preferred).
   
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care or sleep medicine (experience with sleep diagnostics preferred).
   
• Strong knowledge of OSA, CPAP/BiPAP therapy, and sleep study equipment.
   
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, calm, and professional instructions remotely.
   
• Tech-savvy with ability to support troubleshooting via phone, video, or EMR communication platforms.
   
• Availability to work in an on-call PRN capacity, including evenings and weekends as assigned.
   

• Remote, PRN, On-Call position.
